As the Senior Brand Manager of our retail business Bloom Hearing Specialists, you will act as the custodian of our Bloom brand while spearheading transformative initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. You will be an experienced retail brand professional with a robust background in a comparable role. This position offers the chance to lead strategic brand marketing and contribute to the enhancement of key brand metrics throughout our retail store network.

The role

Brand Guardianship

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the brand values and market positioning.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and the overall brand story across all retail channels and points of engagement.
  • Execute strategies to protect and enhance the brand's reputation and impact within the market.

Retail Transformation

  • Lead the charge on retail transformation initiatives, identifying avenues for innovation and enhancement in the retail experience for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualise and execute retail strategies aimed at bolstering foot traffic, augmenting sales, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, consumer dynamics, and competitive dynamics to inform retail transformation endeavors.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop campaign plans that align with business imperatives, sales targets, and brand priorities.
  • Oversee the rollout of marketing campaigns, promotional endeavors, and events
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide data-driven insights for optimising results.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Provide inspirational leadership, guidance, and support to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Set clear performance objectives for team members
  • Identify opportunities for professional growth and skill advancement

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • Experience in marketing management roles within the retail industry.
  • A demonstrated history of developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand growth and retail performance is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership skills are necessary, along with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Must possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • The capacity to analyse and interpret data, as well as to act on insights.
  • Proven capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
