What you will do
The Senior Engineer will act as the link between the projects team and the service delivery model. Working alongside the customer, account manager, service and project teams, the Senior Engineer will proactively identify risks and opportunities for the client, help shape energy strategies, develop roadmaps for future-proofing systems, and provide high-level technical support to the project and service teams.

How you will do it
System Design - Design BMS systems using JCI Metasys products, EasyIO, Niagara Framework and select appropriate hardware and software components. You will Build I/O points schedules, system architecture diagrams, wiring schematics, network diagrams and description of operations. This role is a chance to develop JCI Metasys skills through our training and development program.
Programming and Configuration - you will develop and customize software programs and scripts for BMS control and monitoring, configure BMS software platforms, set up alarms, schedules, and data logging and Integrate the BMS with other building systems
Project Planning &
Management - you will collaborate with clients, M&
E contractors, consultants and project managers to understand and clarify requirements and scope. You will lead and deliver all assigned projects, prepare progress reports, project summaries, and maintain accurate project documentation
BMS Commissioning
Training and Support- you will offer technical support and mentorship to clients, project team, sales and estimation team throughout the project lifecycle
What we are looking for
Required:
Bachelor's degree or 3 Years Diploma in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
Min. 5 years of experience with programming, installation, commissioning
Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and specifications
Strong technical aptitude in BMS systems and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, TCP/IP), and building systems
p roven track record in leading BMS projects from start to finish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems
Proficient in spoken and written English
Preferred:
UK driving license
