This national law firm's Brisbane corporate, energy and resources practice continues to do very well with a pipeline of work that is very impressive. The Partners are young and building a truly collegiate team working on a mix of matters.

About the role:

Working with two Partners you will be a key member of the team ideally at Associate or Senior Associate level. The work the team does is of a very high quality, and this particular role will see you working more closely with one of the Partners in particular across:

• advising on acquisitions, divestments and general corporate advisory to mining industry clients;
  
• various corporate, commercial and contracts advisory work;
  
• land access
• native title &
  cultural heritage issues.

Skills/Experience:

To be considered you will have:

• come from an energy/resources, environmental or associate practice with a minimum 3 years' post admission (ideally at 4-8 years' PAE) experience ideally gained at a top tier or large national law firm;
  
• have strong technical legal experience in energy and resources / environmental law;
  and
• have good client skills given you will have lots of client contact in this role.
