Senior Associate Traffic Engineer

We're currently working with a leading engineering consultancy looking for a highly experienced Traffic &
Transport Engineer to join their team in Melbourne. You will be part of a dedicated Transport team leading a range of notable infrastructure projects across the region.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing specialist Traffic Engineering, Modelling and Planning advice across a range of projects as well as providing technical leadership across the wider business.
• Leading bids and proposals within the team, including assisting the preparation of tender documentation, risks assessments etc.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and aiding the commercial development of the team.
• Mentoring and leading junior staff members.

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Upwards of 15 years of experience in a transport or traffic engineering role.
• Strong experience in Australia, ideally Victoria, and an established network.
• Team leadership capabilities.
• Competence in relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
