and commercial property sales and purchases. They pride themselves on providing high-quality legal
services and exceptional client care.
About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Construction Contracts:
The Senior Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a wide range of construction contracts, including those for single dwellings, industrial projects, civil works, and multiresidential developments. They should have a thorough understanding of construction law and be able to ensure that contracts effectively protect the interests of our clients. - Property Finance:
The candidate should have experience in property finance matters, including reviewing loan and finance documents when representing borrowers and preparing mortgages. They should be capable of providing sound legal advice on complex financial transactions related to property. - Property Project Matters:
Experience in handling general property project matters is essential. This includes drafting and negotiating development agreements, joint venture agreements, and other relevant contracts. The Senior Associate should have a strong understanding of property development processes and be able to provide strategic advice to clients.
About You
You are:
A highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate (4+PQE). with experience in construction
and property development.
