About the Team and Work:

The firm's national practice is a model of flexibility and collaboration, led by exceptional partners renowned for their support and mentorship. The team provides comprehensive legal advice across a diverse clientele range, from blue-chip companies and SMEs to startups, both locally and internationally. Involvement will span various projects including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, major commercial transactions, joint ventures, and resources projects, serving a broad array of companies.
About You:

• The candidate should have 4 - 7 years of experience in a respected mid to top-tier corporate practice or in-house role, specializing in corporate advisory and/or M&
  A.
• A commitmentto mentorship and a desire to guide junior team members are essential.
• Confidence, capability, and superior interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset but not mandatory.
