Amazon Australia's Marketplace is looking for a talented Seller Experience Manager to own removing seller friction as well as growth initiatives across categories. This role will own both identifying and working with Amazon partner teams to improve the seller experience and reduce friction in selling on Amazon as well as programs and promotions that are focused on growth, with a focus on listing and seller partner support initially. Example responsibilities will include 'walk the stores' to identify improvements and then owning the solutions. An ideal candidate is someone who will be obsessed with making the seller experience seamless. The individual will be highly organized, data driven and results focused. They will also have a passion for inventing and scaling a successful program from identifying the focus areas to communicating the results and using the data to inform future business decisions and feature development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to remove seller friction
- Analyze results, communicate learning upward, and use the data to drive future strategies
- Document results and share best-practices across seller success and growth for Seller Services worldwide organization
- Partner with technical and business teams to drive system improvements within Seller Central self-service solutions.
- Own multiple team KPIs for seller engagement, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.
Business Skills Needed:
- A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our sellers and our business
- Possess exceptional data and project management skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment, and also will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels
- Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and not afraid to challenge the status quo
