Job responsibilities

• Serves as a scientific resource for RWLP management, Company senior management, and other Functions within Company providing expertise in multiple scientific areas.
• Conducts analyses for a wide variety of data resources utilizing appropriate statistical software (e.G. SAS, R, Python)
• Contributes to the development of study protocols and analysis plans for global, regional and/or national healthcare, electronic medical record and claims database studies
• Provides expert guidance on database resource selection and feasibility assessment
• Maintains familiarity with real world evidence research trends, state of the art analysis methodologies, and related regulatory guidelines
• Responsible for delivery of project outputs that are within budget and timelines, meet quality standards and satisfies customer expectations
• Provides strategic input from a scientific perspective as a member of the RWLP team;
  builds organizational capacity, improvement of scientific and operational processes and methodologies for analytic methods, and RWLP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development and maintenance
• Works collaboratively across the organization to help develop business opportunities in the area of post marketing safety commitments and/or risk management;
  develops and recommendstechniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices.
• Contributes to the development of materials for congress presentations and manuscripts
• Works hand-in-hand with RWLP management, business development, and operations personnel to develop and win global business opportunities;
  helps to lead the development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and represents capabilities presentations.
• Provides training and mentoring for junior level colleagues
• Works collaboratively across the organization to promote RWE

Qualifications

What we're looking for

• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Economics, Statistics, or Public Health
• Requires in-depth knowledge of and experience with a variety of secondary data resources
• Requires extensive knowledge of statistical programming language (e.G., SAS, R, Python)
• Excellent communication, presentation, both written and spoken
• Strong personal communication and team-oriented skills
• Above average attention to detail, accuracy and organization
• Demonstrated leadership and technical skills
• Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Candidate must demonstrate regional Real World Research experience.
