About the role
This is a varied role focused on building core backend API using Ruby. You will help creating new features, troubleshoot, and re-factor legacy code as the Company migrates to Ruby 2.6 and Rails 6. They love a variety of skills, but recent experience with Ruby is a must. Experience with AWS is highly regarded, but not a pre-requisite.
The Company head office is located in Brisbane, but the beauty of technology means that you can be located anywhere. We are happy to consider any location for the right candidate and the Company can offer the ultimate in flexibility.
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical capability and the ability to work well with other backend developers and the broader team to define, prioritise and manage the delivery of systems.
