About the Role

Supporting the operations team, you will be responsible for drafting rosters based on operational demands. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Making recommendations for roster improvements based on feedback, insights and trends to enhance resident support
  • Driving the roster transition to meet timelines and desires outcome
  • Coordinate, track and collate preferences and feedback from Operations and maintain evidence of key decision, reasoning and approvals

This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone passionate about delivering a great product and with the ability to work to deadlines, as well as building more strategic capability.

About You

You will have experience in drafting rosters based on the input from Operations Staff, Operations Management advice andawardconstraints. You will have high level communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Ability to 'think on your feet' to progress difficult/challenging discussions and inspire confidence
  • Support operational teams in transitioning to NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) rosters, drawing on previous experience in roster creation. Supporting the transition on multiple housecorerosters across allScope VicSIL houses
  • Ensuring rosters adhere to industrial awardsandrostering principles
  • Deliver reporting that demonstrates progress and highlights risks and trends as required to Roster Business Partner Manager and project team
