Role Purpose

This role is responsible for the retention of existing business and portfolio growth through the effective management of Member renewals.

Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

- Ability to negotiate with a customer to achieve a positive sales result.

- Ability to understand and adapt to changing business requirements.

- Excellent time management and organisation skills.

- Ability to meet demands, deadlines, and timeframes as they arise.

Experience

- Previous sales experience (essential).

- Previous insurance experience (desirable).

Qualifications

- ASIC RG 146 tier 1 qualification (essential).
