About the role
The Revenue Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the design and build of data analytics tools and capabilities within the Revenue Management Team. The incumbent will work closely with the other functions (Revenue Operation, Billing, Disputes and Master Data Management) in the Revenue Management Team to help them build the required analytics tool and draw actionable insights. This role will also work closely with the wider Integrated Business Services (Integrated) team and other Team Global Express (TGE) business units to drive a data-driven culture.
This role will be pivotal in laying the foundation for best-in-class revenue analytics for TGE. You’ll partner closely with our business stakeholders and leaders to ensure that the insights provided by the Revenue Management Team are accurate and concise to provide the right direction to unlock revenue and margin value creation opportunities.
What you’ll do
Develop actionable and insightful Revenue Growth Management insights, dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to identify and quantify the areas of improvement in revenue/margin uplift. This includes supporting other functions in the Revenue Management Team in in creating the necessary analytical tools to gain actionable insights and conduct continuous monitoring.
Ensuring revenue management insights are aligned with TGE’s end-to-end business processes and customer journey.
Identify revenue leakages, revenue-generating processes, and efficiencies using data.
Communicate and present insights and opportunities effectively to critical stakeholders.
Lead the data analytics capability development of the Revenue Management Team.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve the accuracy, quality, and value of TGE data, as well as data practices and governance.
Provide simplified and faster access to critical business data and analytical insights at a lower cost while adapting to changes in business and system environments.
Be a trusted partner to the business and data advisor to the broader Revenue Management Team members.

Qualifications &
Experience:
Effective stakeholder management skills.
Proven skills in PowerBI, SAS and SQL are required.
Demonstrated experience influencing peers to drive changes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a clear priority on task allocation and strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to use own initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate effectively in and across teams, particularly in remote work environments.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work autonomously.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility.
