6+ years of leadership in hospitality/entertainment venues.
Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills with budget management and a track record of driving sales growth.
Organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and a positive attitude.
A customer-first approach, empowering your team.
As a Grill'd Restaurant Manager, you will:
Motivate and lead a team for sales growth and engagement.
Collaborate with Growth Coaches for operations, rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
Manage business financials, including profit &
loss, budgets, and KPIs.
Engage with local community groups through our Local Matters program.
