Manager for Pizza Shop
We are searching for a Store Manager to oversee the training and development of our valued staff through quality orientation, regular performance evaluations and thorough coaching and counselling.
You lead by example and are a role model to your team by setting the standards and behaviours consistent with our business values and beliefs. You develop a culture of team work, employees who strive to provide our loyal customers with the experience that they deserve, while successfully looking after our financial results.
You build the stores sales, constantly monitoring and maintaining budgets. P&
L statements and cost controls (food, wastage and labour). You will perform the required administrative duties and ensure that your work environment complies with all safety requirements.
What we need from you:
· Have at least 2 years of experience leading a team
· Be able to work effectively with others in a great team
· Able to deliver exceptional customer service because you're a natural people person
· A proven ability to improve operation and efficiencies within the business
· Be passionate about our product
· Have the ability to work productively and succeed in a fast paced environment where wait times are paramount
The successful applicant must be available to work 5 nights per week including a weekend rotation.
Salary:
$55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
