Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this fantastic Aboriginal Health Service in Central Australia, Northern Territory to help them find a Remote Area Nurse to join their team of fantastic health professionals.
Job Details:
Up to $99.72 per hour - this includes a remote area allowance. Base salary is inclusive of callouts and overtime!

Your Main Duties
As a Remote Area Nurse, your duties will include:
Provision of primary health care including emergency care, chronic disease management and prevention for remote residents and visitors
Participation in the after-hours on-call roster for after-hours medical emergencies accompanied by on-call support worker
The Location
There are four different clinics available and where you will go will depend on your dates and which clinic requires someone for that period. The clinics are spread across the beautiful Central Australia in the Northern Territory.

The Organisation
You will be working for a fantastic health service based in Central Australia. For over 40 years this health service has provided support and advocacy for Aboriginal people in the struggle for justice and equity. They are now one of the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation in the Northern Territory, providing a comprehensive, holistic and culturally-appropriate primary health care service to Aboriginal people living in and nearby Alice Springs, including five remote communities.
To be eligible for this position, you must have the following:
Current AHPRA registration, with no restrictions
Demonstrated experience in Remote Area Nursing
Current NT driver's license
