A well-established national workplace rehabilitation provider with over 30 years of experience is seeking to hire a Rehabilitation Consultant for their team in Kalgoorlie, WA.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will help individuals return to work following an injury or illness. Although previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is beneficial, it is not mandatory as the employer is interested in speaking with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Chiropractors who are looking to transition into the field of Occupational Rehabilitation.

What you will be doing:
Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

What you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
While experience is preferred it is not essential!!
