To be Successful:
Current AHPRA registration without restrictions or conditions.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing.
Minimum of 12 months experience in a hospital setting.
Post-graduate in Mental Health or 12 months recent experience working in Mental Health.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

About you:
As a Mental Health Nurse in our team, you will play a critical role supporting clinets in their home helping them navigate daily living challenges.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care,
Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure quality patient care.
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Essential Criteria:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is not essential but highly desirable
NDIS clearance
