About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a not-for-profit aged care facility in beautiful Devonport, Tasmania. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a supportive and fulfilling environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a 140-bed facility
Work predominantly on the PM shift (3pm - 11.15pm) on a rotating roster
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
Lead and support care staff during shifts
Qualifications and Experience:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Full working rights in Australia
