Position:
Medical/Surgical Nurses
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in medical and surgical units.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, surgical procedures, and recovery plans.
Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays - Pentalties Apply!
Benefits:
Competitive salary up to $2,475.74 per week plus penalties.
