Liebherr is searching for a driven Regional Manager to head-up our WA mining operations. You'll be the key contact for our mining clients using Liebherr machinery, ensuring they get the best service and achieve top performance, enabling timely and effective outcome/solutions in the key areas of, safe operations and quality customer support, product, and logistic services.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leadership :
    Guide and motivate your team to hit regional targets for sales, service, and operations. Create a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring continued coaching, mentoring, and developing of the team with an outcome to drive increased capability.
  • Business Management :
    Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning performance goals and ensuring their completion.
  • Customer Service :
    Build strong relationships with mining clients, understand their needs, and make sure they're happy.
  • Deliver results :
    Meet financial goals, understand business cost structures, budgets, and operations to make decisions strategically, and find new business opportunities.
  • Safety focus :
    Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement :
    Champion any process improvements across the region

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering initiatives that incorporate sound commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to solve complex issues, establishing, and sustaining robust/effective long-term relationships.
  • Commitment to maintain and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace.
