Onetrak is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee branches in Hallam (Vic), Bridgewater and Somerset (Tas) .You will need to have experience in the application of heavy machinery ideally from a Construction/Forestry/Extractive industry background.

About you:

  • The successful applicant is required to be in Tasmania 1 week out of every 3.
  • You are driven and motivated to develop new relationships and win new business
  • You have a strong work ethic and put in the extra effort to be recognised and rewarded
  • You have exceptional time management skills and the ability to develop call plans and sales strategies.
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You have sound computer skills and you're proficient with Microsoft Office
  • You possess a full vehicle driver's licence.

The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

  • Strong heavy machinery technical knowledge, with relevant trade qualification preferred.
  • Experience in team leadership and coordinating the operations of a branch.
  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills both written and oral.
  • Knowledge and experience of driving sales and managing and reporting on financial performance.
  • Strong IT skills including Excel.
  • An ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate an effective team in branch operations across the region.
  • Develop and manage Regional P&
    L budgets, liaising withrelevant National Managers
  • Actively drive acquisition and retention of customers and support marketing activities as required.
  • Provide technical oversight and leadership of service works utilising the tools and systems that Onetrak and our partner OEMs have available.
  • To report key metrics for the region on a monthly basis, with comments and planned response where there are exceptions against targets.
  • Oversee branch administration.
  • Lead continuous improvement of safety across region in workshop and field operations.
  • Oversee facility management for each branch and region.
