To be successful you must have:

• Nursing qualifications and AHPRA registration ideally
• Extensive management experience
• Strategy implementation experience
• Good experience across financial management &
  budgets
• Experience across Accreditations, Aged Care &
  legislation &
  OHS
• High-level communication skills
• Fantastic Leadership skills
