We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer who wants to work with a young and energetic team. This is a key role within our GTO that will see you recruiting young talent for our corporate organisations within a timely manner. Your passion for helping people will see you sourcing the right candidate for the right role and making a difference!

This position sits within our Group Training Organisation (GTO) and is based in our Parramatta office. We specialise in recruiting, employing and training young people in Business Traineeships. We partner with corporate organisations to on-hire these Trainees and are focused on providing an exceptional service to those we engage with.
This is a busy role that will see you supporting established business relationships by recruiting recent high school graduates to be placed with companies in entry level office roles. You will manage the vacancy from posting job adverts, screening and interviewing candidates, presenting them to clients and making job offers.
You will also be responsible for hosting inductions and managing our system and administrative functions. This role requires someone who is passionate, client focused, works with a sense of urgency and is and results driven.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
Coordinating and managing the recruitment process from advertising, screening, conducting interviews compiling candidate profiles, conducting reference checks and making the job offer whilst following our recruitment methodology and ensuring open communication with both clients and candidates
Actively manage the available candidate pool through regular communication
Source candidates from a range of sources
Conduct formal inductions and ensure all Trainees are appropriately enrolled into their Traineeship
Manage working relationships with our Registered Training Organisation and the Australian Apprentice Support Network
Complete data entry, administration and document management
Assist with audit and compliance requests
Maintain and support growth within existing client relationships by delivering superior customer service and supplying quality candidates
Support business development through the ongoing identification of opportunities, lead generation and client relationship management
Requirements
Min 1 years? experience in a GTO/Recruitment agency (white collar industries)
Clear oral and written communication skills
Strong business acumen
Time management and organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to form, build and maintain strong relationships
Ability to effectively market and promote ARC to industry stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work to and reach targets
Solid problem solving skills with a focus on good outcomes
