To be successful in this role you will have

  • Demonstrated experience in the auditing, development, implementation and review of clinical and service delivery standards for Aged Care health and home.
  • Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and quality standards for aged Care health and home.
  • An understanding of the Healthcare quality and compliance standards and the ability to pragmatically apply them in an operational setting
  • The ability to build positive relationships and work in partnerships with service delivery teams to achieve outcomes
  • A strong background in developing and delivering training and coaching in the clinical space combined with a track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and qualities required

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a systematic, thorough and accurate approach to your work
  • Resilience and the ability to adapt quickly in a large fast paced environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Clinical or Health Discipline
