Key Responsibilities:
Offer expert advice to senior clients and strengthen high-level client relationships.
Oversee, design, and/or support the creation and execution of strategically driven, integrated communications campaigns.
Lead, mentor, support, and provide guidance to a high-performing consulting team.
Contribute to rapid growth by capitalizing on numerous new business opportunities and fostering the organic growth of existing accounts.
Participate in the overall leadership and management of the business.
Requirements:
Sound experience in a communications/public relations agency (essential).
Proven knowledge and extensive networks within the Sydney market.
Tack record in managing/leading integrated communications campaigns for high-profile brands.
Strong team leadership abilities with experience in mentoring, advising, and developing junior teams.
Recognised degree or equivalent qualifications in public relations, communications, marketing or smiliar.
Creative, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop impactful content and campaigns.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to consult and advise at senior levels.
Hands-on approach.
