Leader in Australian manufacturing and designing commercial furniture is looking for a new Sales / Project Consultant to work from their Fortitude Valley office. Creating solutions for projects in multiple sectors, this is a long-standing business with great success.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Project consulting and solutions-based role working with designers, builders, government departments and end users in the QLD Commercial Furniture sector. You will be a self-starter who enjoys a challenge, whilst being supported by an experienced team of helpful technical experts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account management for existing clients.
- Read plans and manage project requirements and communication.
- Ability to confirm the accuracy of proposed installations and other specifications with clients, prior to creating an order.
- Target new accounts, build relationships, provide product presentations.
- Exceed client requirements and expectations.
- Be a lateral and logical thinker, able to work autonomously and without supervision.
- Driven mindset and results focussed.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in Commercial Furniture product specification, sales and/or furniture is preferred, but not essential.
