The role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic senior OOH product specialist to join our team in Sydney and oversee oOh!'s end to end small format market proposition. Reporting into the Head of Product and leading a team of 2-4 Product Managers, you'll be responsible for leading GTM strategy and messaging for oOh!'s small format offering, to maximise revenue opportunities across the business. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Leading your team through high value brief responses
  • Delivering oOh's value propositions through category and client revenue sizing and strategic GTM approach in collaboration with Head of Product
  • Developing and leading GTM messaging and defining the way in which the Sales team will take our propositions to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Developing trade marketing strategies that compliment GTM messaging
  • Articulating your products media evaluation metrics, USPs and develop training and strategies for how to best win vs competitors in OOH and other media
  • Working closely with Solutions, and Data Sales Streams to link campaign effectiveness to client outcomes, ensuring all GTMs are underpinned by data/proof of effectiveness
  • Developing and delivering product training modules for the Revenue &
    Growth team to set our market facing teams up for success and drive the best client and revenue outcomes
  • Leading Tier 1 GTM presentations and client forums with our top clients/agencies
  • Driving processes and reporting which hold Revenue &
    Growth team accountableto commercial success if in-market execution in line with GTM strategy
  • Acting as a Thought Leader for your products in relation to shaping how our customers perceive our small format offering
  • Staying abreast of key market trends which will help to shape future ways of selling, product development and research
  • Contributing to network strategy and bids within the Commercial team
  • Attending Quarterly Business Reviews, industry events and conferences which relate to your products as required

The Experience:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the OOH industry, as well as:

  • Solid track record of driving commercial success through product strategies and revenue generation
  • Significant experience in linking outdoor audiences in multi-format campaigns to achieve customer objectives
  • Demonstrated history of leading through influence to achieve outcomes across the business in dynamic settings
