The succesful candidate will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, advising clients in relation to patent portfolio management, infringement, and patentability issues, as well as:

- Collaborate and participate in strategic planning initiative to drive the company forward.

- Lead and manage junior attorneys, overseeing all aspects of practice management, service delivery, and financial performance.

- Effectively delegate tasks and provide guidance to staff members to ensure optimal workflow.
