Today, Chairo is a growing non-denominational Christian school with 1,800 Kinder to Year 12 students attending five picturesque campuses in West and South Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley and the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

Our mission is 'to provide excellence in Christ-centred education, in partnership with families, within a caring Christian community', while our vision is 'to see Christ's redemptive impact in the world through the capability, character and commitment of our students'. We aim to prepare students thoroughly for further study, careers, service and life in general.

Each Principal will provide educational and administrative leadership and act as a mentor to staff members while fostering an environment for their continued development, leading by setting a godly example to staff members and students in teaching practice, relationships and lifestyle. They will also serve as part of the whole-school ELT (Executive Leadership Team) alongside the Executive Principal, Business Manager and Principals from the other campuses.
