Due to increasing client demand, Lead Group is currently hiring for the position of Principal Recruitment Consultant in Sydney CBD.

There are several positions available.

We are seeking experienced recruiters who have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with hiring managers on specific needs.

The position is full-time with annual remuneration of $80,000 to $125,000 on offer (negotiable depending on skills) plus superannuation.
Job duties:

• Liaising with managers on hiring needs
• Taking job specs and writing job ads
• Building relationships with clients and senior hiring managers

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience
• Minimum of 2 years' recruitment industry experience
• Strong interviewing skills
• Ability to build relationships
• High level of English literacy

Salary:
$80, $125,000.00 per year
