They are on the lookout for an experienced Principal Contaminated Land Consultant to lead their major infrastructure projects nationally and globally. As a Principal Contaminated Land Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in steering their projects to success. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing and delivering complex contaminated land assessments, remediation projects, and providing strategic consultancy services to their clients. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex contaminated land and remediation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy services on contaminated land management, risk assessment, and remediation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and technologies to continuously improve our services and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.

About You:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience including that in an environmental consultancy (preferable), with a significant focus on contaminated land and remediation projects.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Deep understanding of local and international environmental regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
