Supply Chain Lead
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer focused go-getter to jointhe Hymix team in Bendigo, Victoria. The Plant Controller hasexcellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn aboutconcrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, andlogistics whilst working in the construction industry.

Candidates from all industries (i.E., hospitality, logistics, agriculture,supply chain, commerce, fast food, manufacturing, mining, health) areencouraged to apply - we're just looking for great people with a positivecan-do attitude we'll teach the rest! If you do have batching or concreteexperience that's great but it is not a pre-requisite.
In your new role with us, you will be:

• Overseeing the operation of a concrete batchplant
• Operating a front-end loader (FEL)
• Regularly interacting with customers, takingorders &
  scheduling deliveries
• Working in a high performing team,collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes forHymix and the customer
• Able to demonstrate safety and show coach andmentoring potential
• Ensure all products adhere to strict qualityrequirements
• Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling&
  conducting maintenance as required
• Managing maintenance &
  production tasks,which includes some level of manual handling

  00am -3:
  30/4:
  00pm + rostered Saturday mornings finishing up around lunch time
