We are looking for a Pass Caller to join the team at Rockpool Bar &
Grill Sydney.

Preferred Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in A La Carte Fine Dining Service
Available Monday to Saturday
Ability to manage and control the Pass
Show high attention to detail and organised
You have a solid understanding on how a fine dining restaurant operates.
Eagerness to grow both personally and professionally, leading from the front with a focus on daily deliverables and a willingness to go above and beyond for the team and clientele.
A can-do attitude and a commitment to maintaining an organised pass and seamless service period
