The Novated Strategic Engagement Manager role reports to the Head of Novated and is central to enhancing strategic partner engagement and supporting the delivery of our novated program, strengthening our partner value proposition, and meeting our overarching business objectives. We are looking for a strategic thinker with outstanding communication and visualization skills and a strong commitment to internal and external stakeholder management.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to develop your capabilities within the Novated team as we grow our Novated business and continue to deliver on our partner value proposition. You will also have the opportunity to engage and work with the wider commercial team with a focus on the strategic growth of our overall business within the automotive industry .

Success is defined by engaged partners, a well-supported front-line team, and a novated program that delivers both strategic and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Strategically manage partner engagement through a clearly defined business activity framework.

  • Collaborate with the Heads of Novated and Strategic Growth to execute strategic engagement initiatives.

  • Create high-quality presentation materials for both external and internal stakeholders.

  • Regularly report on client engagement, operational performance, and business target progress.

  • Analyse data to identify improvement areas and implement strategic solutions.

  • Support front-line Executive Managers to align service delivery with organisational values and objectives.

  • Organise and coordinate efficient and effective meetings and workshops.

  • Oversee external communications in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Work with internal teams to analyse customer journeys, identify communication improvements, and execute solutions.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related fields. ( required )

Experiences

  • Developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations.

  • Skilled in data analysis, trend recognition, and insight generation.

  • Experience in managing internal and client events.

  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail.

  • Dynamic, self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.
