Role Overview

The Northern Regional Sales Executive (RSE) role is a newly created role in the business to lead both the NSW and QLD Commercial sales teams. Ongoing growth has now led to a need for broader leadership in the Sales area.

This pivotal role will report into and provide support to the Head of Partnerships and Distribution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Plan, lead, and manage the NSW, QLD &
    ACT Sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Distribution
  • Generate and enhance targeted monthly loan volumes
  • Manage existing, and develop new, major channel relationships in our target markets
  • Oversee and assist to enhance account relationships managed by Relationship Managers
  • Workshop commercial property transactions, manage escalations, oversee team liaison with Credit and Credit Operations
  • Attend and present at external sessions and events
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with interstate counterparts
  • Train and develop RM's in other specific areas including lead identification, deal conversion and creating new business opportunities.

About You

  • You will have deep understanding of commercial and/or Residential property lending and financial analysis
  • Excellent Sales skills with the ability to continually encourage and educate internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong proven people management experience with the ability to mentor and train
  • A strong capability in presenting professionally to small and large groups
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • CRM system management
  • An existing network and direct experience in third party distribution

The successful applicant will ideally have a very positive but disciplined approach to their work, be prepared to travel between both QLD and NSW and look forward to making their own contribution to an established and highly receptive team environment.
