Shk asia pacific - Melbourne
new offer (29/06/2024)

job description

  • Private equity backed organisation
  • Rapidly growing business
  • Customer-centric culture

About the organisation
Headquartered in Melbourne and having recently received significant private equity investment, this leading automotive aftermarket service organisation boasts a national footprint of 11 branches, supported by an approved repairer network of 150 partners. Their growth strategy has included substantial investment in people, facilities, and equipment, while also supporting several key acquisitions that have allowed them to increase their national coverage and bolster their offerings with additional service lines. With the addition of exclusive cutting-edge technology solutions, they are now perfectly positioned to fulfill their ambitious growth expectations over the next three years.

About the role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the National Network Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the approved repair partner network across Australia. The appointee will be responsible for network optimisation, partner performance management, and governance, while working closely with partners to support their growth and capitalise on the significant commercial advantages of being part of the group. This includes identifying new partners to increase geographical coverage, building meaningful SLAs and solidifying opportunities for independent businesses to benefit from exclusive access to technology and pricing. The role will also play a key part in procurement activities for the group, including the development of a group buying program for key product lines and supporting tenders and sourcing activities.

About you
With experience in the automotive sector, you are a commercial network manager with a track record of leading and optimising a distributed national partner or franchise network. As an influential relationship builder, you are adept at negotiating win-win commercial outcomes for your partners while building a meaningful network community to inspire independent operators to collaborate and benefit from the alliance. Your desire to join a rapidly growing organisation at the outset of its journey will be matched by your ambition to progress your career into senior roles within the business in the long term.
