As the Dynamics CRM 365 Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and support of Power Platform in the C&
BO Technology Domain team.

In this role, you will provide leadership and strategic direction across multiple application delivery and support squads, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful balancing of technology, delivery, and outcomes aligned with to the strategic objective. You will actively contribute to the execution of the Power App product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Power Apps, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure the stability and performance of delivered solutions. This entails collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT teams, to understand requirements and translate them into effective Power App solutions.

Success in this position requires a blend of people leadership and technology advocacy. You must possess a strategic mindset and a solutions-focused approach to engineering, thought leadership &
analytics, driving innovation, implementing best practices, and upholding quality standards in Power App development and support. Additionally, you will engage in strategic activities such as backend architecture assessment, research into new methodologies, and advising on opportunities for application enhancement and advancement.

Overall, the Dynamics CRM Technology Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful adoption and utilization of Power Apps to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive innovation within the organization.

Your Contribution:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the D365 CRM, encompassing both development and support activities.
  • Lead and manage a team of CRM developers and support specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on delivering quality solutions and excellent support services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective Power Platform solutions.
  • Oversee the development and customization of Power Apps, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Manage the deployment and integration of D365 CRM solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other platforms and technologies within the organization.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies and leverage AI tools and services to develop intelligent applications and automate processes, continuously improve platform capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Power Platform solutions, ensuring their stability, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors to resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.
  • Establish testing procedures to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of Power Platform solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Power Platform solutions, identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of the Power Platform, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Defining and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) for production systems, ensuring that service uptime, performance, and reliability meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with development teams to identify opportunities for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and cost optimization in production systems.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop budgets, resource plans, and staffing strategies for delivery/engineering squads.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices in Power Platform development and deployment.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Power Platform technologies, recommending enhancements and optimizations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Qualifications &
Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field;
    master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience &
    Knowledge of the Power Platform tools &
    solutions.
  • Dynamics CRM - Sales and Service, Power Apps Portal and Power Automate is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding &
    use ofAzure services and cloud architecture principles.
  • Kubernetes /CI/CD / Devops
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
    Power Platform Solution Architect Expert is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A specific background leading IT Operations functions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and influence across the domain.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Successful record of managing distributed resources and partners (both offshore &
    onshore)
  • Proven ability to leverage technical expertise to guide teams and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a product-based environment.
