Up to $126,550.00 per annum + 11% superannuation

Amazing salary sacrificing options, up to $15,900 per annum, plus a further $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment!

6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
Travel allowance of $4,000 per annum
Retention allowance of $10,000 for each 12-month completion
The Location
You will be working with one of the largest Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory and is situated on the north coast of Arnhem Land, about 500km east of Darwin.
Although quite a remote community, it has basic services and facilities, including a health clinic, school, and various community services. You will be close to beautiful scenery, including rivers, coastal areas, and nearby national parks.

Key Responsibilities
Work within the Mental Health Program in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality prevention and treatment
Provide culturally safe, competent and comprehensive care
Build relationships with local communities to understand and address mental health needs
Coordinate with local healthcare providers, social services, and other relevant agencies to ensure comprehensive care
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
Current Remote Emergency Care certificate and/or Advance Life Support certificate
Current accredited Immunisation Provider certificate (recognised in the NT)
Remote Pharmacotherapeutic Certificate (or equivalent)
Manual Driver’s License
At least (5) years of broad nursing experience post registration and 3 years working in a primary health related field in a remote context, with advanced clinical skills and competencies applicable to remote settings (including the ability to triage, work independently and participate in emergency calls and First Response)
All applicants must have an understanding of, and commitment to Aboriginal Community Control, self-determination, and the issues faced by Aboriginal people living in remote settings.
