The Role As a Locum Clinical Nurse Consultant within our Mental Health community Team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to individuals. We are requiring a nurse who is able to commit to a 12 week contract. Your responsibilities will encompass case management within the community of Tasmania. This dynamic locum role will involve collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, assessment and planning of patient care, medication administration, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Criteria:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Qualifications:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse AHPRA with no restrictions
* Experience:
Proven background in mental health nursing, particularly in case management and working in a community setting
* Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with patients and team members effectively.
* Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Transportation:
Valid driver's license, as it's essential for this contract role.
