- Demonstrate knowledge of the Fresh Food retail or supermarket industry
- Have an Australian trade certificate (butcher)
- Be able to work in a team environment
- An understanding of ordering, cost control, wage &
gross profit budgeting
- Have passion &
enthusiasm, with a hands on approach
- Have a flair for merchandising
- Be compliant with occupational heath &
safety &
food safety standards
- Have a customer focused approach.
This is a 7 day per week business and applicants must have the ability to work rosters that include weekend work.
Your excellent interpersonal skills &
ability to build strongworking relationships with your team, store manager &
supervisor, will guarantee your success in this role.
