Global household name and leader in their field - experience with ERP systems including JDE, SAP or Masterpack is a must. Database experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate set up, maintenance and review of various master data elements in all ANZ business systems
- Running weekly data integrity reports and following up with relevant business contacts for sign off
- Ownership of data flow for Concur and other systems including macro running, trouble shooting, missing data and changes
- Use of Freshservice for ticket resolution
- Electronically storing all relevant documents and approvals for master data changes
- Managing contractor obligations around insurance certificates and superannuation
- Ensure end of month processes and deadlines are met and all tasks and related reporting is completed
- Continually seeks out process improvement opportunities
- Updating procedural documents on a regular basis
Required:
- 1 year administration experience
- Previous experience with ERP systems including JDE, SAP or Masterpack
Preferred:
- Tertiary education (or in progress)
