Global household name and leader in their field - experience with ERP systems including JDE, SAP or Masterpack is a must. Database experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate set up, maintenance and review of various master data elements in all ANZ business systems
• Running weekly data integrity reports and following up with relevant business contacts for sign off
• Ownership of data flow for Concur and other systems including macro running, trouble shooting, missing data and changes
• Use of Freshservice for ticket resolution
• Electronically storing all relevant documents and approvals for master data changes
• Managing contractor obligations around insurance certificates and superannuation
• Ensure end of month processes and deadlines are met and all tasks and related reporting is completed
• Continually seeks out process improvement opportunities
• Updating procedural documents on a regular basis

Required:

• 1 year administration experience
• Previous experience with ERP systems including JDE, SAP or Masterpack

Preferred:

• Tertiary education (or in progress)
