About the role:

Join our team as a dynamic Marketing Engagement Manager! Take charge of delivering impactful acquisition and retention marketing programs to our valued customers.

Collaborate closely with our business intelligence team to leverage data insights and drive continuous marketing enhancements. Bring your ideas to life through integrated marketing plans and campaigns that deliver exceptional end-to-end customer experiences across various channels.

You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting new business initiatives, ensuring successful execution of employer transitions and smooth implementation of mergers and acquisitions. If you're proactive, resilient, innovative, and resourceful, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Manager in providing leadership and strategic marketing support for acquisition and retention projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyse customer journeys, identify communication improvements, and implement solutions
  • Plan initiatives, manage budgets, and create detailed marketing calendars.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing briefs and project plans across various communication channels
  • Oversee marketing functions such as updating collateral, writing copy, and assessing creative concepts
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign results to measure success and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Contribute insights to the creation of an annual marketing plan and ensure the smooth operation of campaign management systems

About you:

  • Utilise strategic and analytical thinking to provide expert guidance on marketing planning, with a deep understanding of member/retail distribution model
  • Demonstrate a track record of successful campaign management across various marketing channels, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
  • Operate seamlessly within an end-to-end sales and service framework, offering strategic marketing insights to internal stakeholders
  • Display meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organiszational skills, enabling the execution of marketing plans within tight deadlines
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the superannuation sector, particularly industry fund structures and compliance requirements impacting marketing activities
  • Exhibit market leadership, emphasizing brand integrity and a commitment to delivering outstanding end-user experiences
  • Showcase strong problem-solving abilities, honed in fast-paced, agile marketing environments
