Manager - Strategic Corporate Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and deepen relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and potential strategic partners.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategic account management with broader business goals.
• Drive the negotiation process, maintaining a balance between client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Develop and implement account plans that establish clear strategies for maintaining and potentially expanding customer relationships.
• Act as the escalation point for the support team to help manage complex service delivery situations

Qualification &
Requirements:

• Substantial experience in strategic account management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
• Superb communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within an organization.
• A critical thinker, with a strong interest and curiosity in technical solutions and problem solving
