We are seeking a solution oriented Workday expert to join the RBA as our Manager, People Technology, Data &
Insights role. In this pivotal, newly created role, you will support the execution of the RBA's People Strategy through delivering a fit for purpose people technology roadmap and data and insights product and service.

This role will work closely with all functions across the People Team to create an employee experience that enables the RBA to attract and retain outstanding talent.

Your background

• Experience in leading People Technology teams and driving HR transformation with a true passion for building and implementing services that deliver value and impact.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing People Technology roadmaps

• Strong operational knowledge of Workday is essential

• Background and experience in Workday data governance, reporting and insights

• Collaborative and creative leader who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.

• Proven experience in growing teams to achieve excellence in employee experience

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• A passion for staying abreast of industry trends and leading HR practices.

• Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies and respond to changing organisational needs.

• Experience in client centred design, continuous improvement, and simplification programs

• Passion for driving organisational change.
