Our Perth Corporate and International Tax team have experienceda period of sustained growth resulting in new opportunities forexperienced tax professionals to join the team.
Working directly with our tax partners, you will have theopportunity to accelerate your personal and technical developmentwhile providing a broad range of tax services to clients operatingin a broad range of industries, including energy and resources.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Corporate and international tax advisory
- M&
A, including tax structuring, tax due diligence, taxreviews of sale &
purchase agreements andfinancial models,and ATO early engagement - Corporate tax compliance, including tax returns, tax effectaccounting, ATO risk reviews, tax transparency andgovernance
- Working autonomously and collaboratively within a larger,multi-disciplinary team
- Providing coaching and mentoring to junior teammembers
What you'll need to succeed:
- A relevant Tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within CorporateTax
- Experience advising large domestic and multi-nationalcorporations
- An ability to lead and mentor junior staff
- Proficient in multi-tasking with strong communicationskills (both written and verbal)
