Are you a HR Consultant or experienced in-house Organisational Development Partner ready to drive transformative leadership and organisational development initiatives? Join our team and play a crucial role in driving Nestlé 's growth and success.
We are seeking a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver who will design and drive the implementation of our overarching leadership strategy Oceania, lead impactful HR projects focused on building organisational capability, culture, and change management interventions.
A day in the life
As a Leadership &
Organisational Development Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive leadership learning and development strategy for Oceania, using innovative approaches like e-learning, blended learning, and coaching programs.
  • Support the delivery of global, regional, and local leadership programs in the Oceania market, including overseeing the execution of specific programs and organizing the annual Oceania Leaders Forum.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure we have the best learning solutions in place.
  • Be an active member of the global L&
    D community, collaborating with others and staying up-to-date with the latest learning technologies and benchmarks.
  • Provide valuable input and feedback on business needs and development priorities, using analytics and effectiveness tools to assess the impact of our L&
    D solutions.
  • Drive organizational development and capability building through training, coaching, and assessments, identifying skill gaps and growth opportunities aligned with our global practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and digital dexterity, embracing emerging technologies and innovative learning approaches.
  • Utilize change management frameworks and tools to plan and execute change, learning, and communications for our initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the learning and development space, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our organization.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in leadership development and organisational development, with a deep understanding of learning and development principles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and execute comprehensive learning and organisational wide culture strategies.
  • You should possess excellent project management and vendor management skills, with a particular focus on end-to-end facilitation of leadership initiatives and HR project experience, including culture initiatives.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Knowledge and passion for of emerging technologies and their application in learning and development.
  • Expertise in change management, with the ability to devise and execute change plans.
  • A continuous learning mindset, always staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • It would be highly desirable to have a background in HR centre of excellence or HR consulting/human capital consulting.
