Under the leadership of Partners Ross McInnes and Katie Wood, you will join a high performing and collaborative team. Our clients include prominent ASX-listed financial services entities, and international corporate and institutional clients.
What you'll do:
Dive into complex commercial disputes across various domains including financial services disputes, investigations and inquiries.
Key matters will involve significant corporate litigation and other regulatory investigations and prosecutions undertaken by Australian regulatory bodies, including ASIC.
Engage in briefing counsel, drafting correspondence, preparing advices, preparing evidence and assisting with proceedings.
What you'll bring:
Quality post qualification experience from a reputable disputes practice.
Commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience.
Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation and strong academic results.
An ability to thrive in an independent yet collaborative environment, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.
A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a drive to engage with clients and Counsel directly.
