With a diverse range of lawyers jobs in Canberra, we're seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawyer - Associate and Senior Associate to join our dynamic and fun AFL Canberra Team.

About the Role:

These Associate and Senior Associate jobs will work with a large team of experienced and dedicated colleagues and have ongoing support at hand. A typical day will include:

• Advising clients in relation to divorce &
  separation, property settlements, child support related matters, relocations and de-facto and same-sex couples.
• Regular client contact that is empathetic and service and outcome focused
• Building &
  maintaining strong client relationships
• Business development, including building solid referral networks
• File Management
• Supporting and supervising junior staff
• Liaising with a national team of highly experienced family lawyers in all aspects of day-to-day matters, including professional practice.

About You:

You will:

• Have at least 3 years of PAE experience in Family Law.
• Have a positive "
  Can-do attitude"
  with proven experience in running your own cases and file management.
• Be goal-oriented in achieving exceptional outcomes for clients and AFL.
• Possess strong business acumen and understand the importance of managing time, achieving commercial outcomes, and be disciplined in debtor and time management.
• Love to thrive on creating productive networks and referral relationships in your area.
