About the role:

• Due diligence, sale and acquisition of businesses, shares and units
• Drafting and negotiating joint ventures, strategic alliances, partnership and shareholder agreements.
• Corporate advisory and other general commercial advice and transactions.
• Acting for small to medical enterprises, listed entities and high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law
• Possess excellent technical abilities and attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously across a variety of matters
• Confident, personable and professional, willing to be collaborative integral part of the team
