We are seeking a skilled Kitchen hand/Cook to join our team and contribute to the creation of delicious baked goods. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow recipes with precision.
Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not necessary.
_Responsibilities of the role include_:
* *Assist in Pastry Production:
* Support the production team in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries.
* *Ingredient Preparation:
* Assist with measuring, weighing, and preparing ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.
* *Maintain Cleanliness:
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
* *Follow Food Safety Standards:
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* *Assist with Inventory:
* Help monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and notify management of ingredient needs as necessary.
* *Collaborate with Team:
* Work closely with bakers and other team members to execute orders efficiently and meet production deadlines.
